M&A Center Marketing Consent
Bridgecode intends to collect and use personal information and to send promotional information as set out below, in order to provide M&A Center users with useful information such as M&A news, content, seminars and events, and service announcements.
This consent is optional, and declining it does not restrict your use of the M&A Center's basic services. However, if you do not consent, you may not receive marketing information such as M&A newsletters, content, seminars and events, and service announcements.
Article 1 (Purposes of Collection and Use)
Bridgecode collects and uses personal information for the following purposes.
1. Sending M&A newsletters and email campaigns
2. Providing M&A news, market trends, content,
and reports
3. Announcing M&A Center services, advisory programs, and ancillary services
4.
Announcing seminars, webinars, briefings, events, and promotions
5. Providing tailored information
based on the services you are interested in
6. Providing marketing information and analyzing
marketing effectiveness
Article 2 (Items Collected and Used)
Bridgecode may collect and use the following personal information.
1. Basic information: name, company name, email, phone number
2. Consultation request information:
inquiry type, revenue, industry, target industries for acquisition, acquisition budget, and reason and
purpose of acquisition
3. Service usage information: service usage records and visit records
4.
Marketing response information: recipient behavior such as open and click rates via links in newsletters
and emails
However, the items actually collected and used are limited to the information you provide in the course of using each service — such as requesting a consultation, registering as a member, or subscribing to the newsletter — or information generated in the course of using the services.
Article 3 (Delivery Channels for Promotional Information)
With your consent, Bridgecode may send marketing and promotional information through the following channels.
1. Email
2. Text messages / SMS / MMS
3. Phone
4. KakaoTalk notification or friend
messages
5. In-service notifications
6. Other electronic delivery media you have consented to
Bridgecode sends promotional information only through channels it actually operates, and if you refuse to receive marketing information or withdraw your consent, all marketing communications are stopped.
Article 4 (Retention and Use Period)
Bridgecode retains and uses personal information for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing information. However, even without a withdrawal of consent, such information is retained and used for up to five years from the date of collection or the date of your last use of the services.
Where preservation is required by applicable laws, the information may be kept for the period prescribed by such laws.
Article 5 (Refusal and Withdrawal of Consent)
You have the right to refuse this consent, and declining it does not restrict your use of the M&A Center's basic services.
You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing information at any time, and Bridgecode processes any opt-out or withdrawal request without delay.

After you opt out or withdraw consent, all marketing communications — including email, text messages, phone calls, and KakaoTalk — are stopped. However, essential notices such as those relating to service use, ongoing consultations, contract performance, security, or changes to the terms of service or privacy policy may still be sent regardless of your marketing consent status.
Effective Date
This marketing consent takes effect on May 26, 2026.
